I'm very happy with these guys. They are young, hands on and dynamic. They manage my condo apartment in Brooklyn since I moved into the city. They collect my rent, take care of my bills and handle all the leasing. I never had turnover vacancy since they started to manage my apartment. They take care of repair needs of my apartment as well.. My tenants say they are super friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm so glad I found these guys. Highly recommended!
