More than a decade ago, two colleagues, Cem and Semih, started discussing real estate investing during a lunch break. This conversation soon turned into a plan, leading to the purchase of their first brownstone.
The building needed a complete renovation, which they tackled successfully, motivating them to acquire more properties. Along the way, Cem got his real estate license and became a full-time professional.
With each new property came more to manage, so Cem and Semih built a network of trusted professionals—lawyers, plumbers, electricians, handymen, and cleaning crews—to support their properties. Friends and family, impressed with their work, began asking Cem and Semih to manage their buildings as well.Before long, property management became their main focus, leading to the creation of My Property Man.
Today, Cem and Semih bring over a decade of experience rehabbing, flipping, and managing properties in Brooklyn. Both are long-time Brooklyn residents.
