I love working with them! They manage our 10-unit condo building in East Williamsburg. Our building looks spotless all the time. They are very proficient with all of our repair needs. Most importantly - to me anyway - they helped streamline our bookkeeping process. Everything goes like clockwork with them! Cem and Semih are very keen on their role and have great communication & problem solving skills. The same goes for their employees. Everyone on their team is very professional, respectful and hard-working. It feels like heaven working with them after the horrible experience we had with our previous management company. Cem and Semih were great to have as landlords.. Whenever I had a question or problem come up they always got back to me quickly. We had an issue once with our check getting lost in the mail and they were really understanding about it and worked with us. The brownstone I lived in was really well kept up and also had a really sweet super taking care of it. Rent price was fair for the neighborhood and for how big our place was. If I was to ever move back to Brooklyn, I'd definitely look to their rentals first before going elsewhere.

They were excellent landlords! Super responsive to any issue small and large. In the three years I lived at their property they were always extremely helpful.
