I had the pleasure of having MyPropertyMan as my landlord for three years while living in Brooklyn. They have been the most communicable landlords that I have had thus far and I really appreciated that! First off, they are very friendly and that is not something that you always get with landlords. They were easy to get a hold of when needed, took care of any and all issues promptly, and were open to suggestions to accommodate our needs (they were incredibly sweet and caring for our elderly pup who needed some adjustments in the apartment). They kept the building updated and clean. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone (we enjoyed them so much that we had our friends rent the apartment above us)
